Reich on Private Prisons

I almost shared/posted a piece on how our number of prison inmates has grown 700% so that capitalism has a slave labor force, but on the flip side of that is a more positive note moving forward. We need to help every young person get the job skills and more importantly the liberal education they need to be productive members of society and to be good citizens, to be able to raise families in a safe and healthy environment. Thank you President Obama! Congress, won't you come to the party too? We're watching, waiting, taking names and we vote!
